PRIVACY POLICY
Our Privacy Policy is simple - any information we collect from you is strictly for the use of Emerald Coast Webs and will not be shared with any third party. We only ask for the information necessary to do business with our clients.
Payment Terms
For all standard sites, payment is due at the signing of the design/hosting agreement. For all business application sites, one third is due at the signing of the design/hosting agreement, one third with delivery of all content, and the final third upon publication of the site. For all monthly agreements, payment is due on the first of the month.
REFUNDS
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all annual plans subject to a $15 dollar fee for any domain name(s) purchased for your site.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation of services must be in writing to the Emerald Coast Webs Administrator's email account. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the web site owner in our records to ensure the cancellation request is coming from the actual web site owner. We will not accept cancellation requests by phone.
LEGAL RIGHTS
Unless otherwise stated, Emerald Coast Webs does not retain any right to web sites created for our clients. All rights to site design and graphics created for a specific client remain with that client after full payment has been received.
ILLEGAL CONTENT
Transmission, storage, or distribution of any information, data, or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material; or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization; material that is obscene, defamatory, or constitutes an illegal threat. Examples of unacceptable content or links include: Warez sites, hacker programs, copyrighted MP3, and IRC bots. Emerald Coast Webs reserves all rights to refuse such content from our servers.
ADULT CONTENT
We do not permit any "Adult Content" on our servers. This includes web sites we host for you where you may have access to upload your own content. Additionally, pornography or sex related merchandising including links to such sites are prohibited.
SPAM / UNSOLICITED E-MAIL
Spamming, the sending of unsolicited mass email from or through our servers or using an email address that is maintained on our servers is STRICTLY prohibited. Emerald Coast Webs will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. Customers are also in violation of this provision if they engage in spamming using the service of another ISP or IPP, but channel web or email responses through any of our servers. Violators will be assessed a minimum fine of $300 and/or immediate suspension of service.
INTERNET RELAY CHAT
We do not permit IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.
SOFTWARE /MULTIMEDIA DISTRIBUTION
Our shared web hosting accounts are not configured for the purposes of distributing large amounts of software and/or multimedia products. If you wish to distribute a significant number of software and/or multimedia files, please call 1-850-621-7080 to make special arrangements.
